All content, software, and materials on this website and within our products are owned by Urbandhu or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Data you input into our products remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

Fees for our products and services are as agreed in your service agreement or product subscription.

All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Refund policies are outlined in individual product or service agreements.

Urbandhu's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we strive for high availability.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
